[SEL] Austral register update

Well it has taken nearly two years but I finally have the entire Austral
register in a computer datatbase! This means I can finally very quickly look
up engine details or add to the register.
I have also updated the register page on my site & hope to be able to make
the register available as either a printout or as a PDF on disk later this
year.
