[SEL] Villiers C12A - 04 - 09

Thanks Peter. I will go through your options one by one.

It is four cycle (Norton/Villiers from Ballarat Victoria - C12A) and it 
is a Phelon (U.S.A.) flywheel maggy. Phelon manufacture many types of 
Electronic Flywheel Magneto's.

Yes it is keyed (I can see it).

There is a third hole hidden in the picture. They are blind, smooth 
holes. For what purpose, I don't know. You can't get any purchase from them.

The flywheel sits *inside* the stator plate with only a cigarette paper 
between (prising not allowed, as I have tried it and the cast plate 
started to tear with the pressure).

Tried tapping until I was blue in the face.

Have left a website email with Phelon but have received no answer.
