It depends a lot on which country. I believe that Mirrlees Bickerton &
Day made the first in the UK and 3rd in total, a look at Lyle Cummins'
books, "Internal Fire" and "Diesel's Engine" would probably elicit
more information.

I have both books here, but I am right in the thick of updating the
websites with the Portland pictures etc and don't want to break away
at the moment.
