Dear Sir,
I am the executor for the estate of Ben Roseberry.  He was a Steam Train
person and built a locomotive and 1 ½ cars before passing away.  Someone
in your club may have corresponded with Ben.  I know he went to several
Tri-state Historical Steam Engine reunions.
A)     I am selling the train and track, etc.  The description is below
and picture of the locomotive is attached.  I ask that you please forward
this to your membership to see if there is interest.
B)      Also because of PA Estate Tax rules I have to have the train
appraised.  Can you provide any names of appraisers?  The train is in
Green County, PA, the SW corner of PA.  I assume the appraiser has to be
licensed in some way.  Perhaps you can educate me on that.  
C)      I am not clear if you are in the Tri-state group or not.  Can you
direct me to one of that organizations officers.
 
I really appreciate any help or direction you can provide.
