[SEL] tapered pin removal

Hi Dave,
Look at the picture again. 8>))
Looks to me like there are Vise Grips pliers right there.
Just how would Tom bolt those plates to the Vise Grips and have room for what I will call his
shock rod?

My guess is Tom gave the Vise Grips a thought too.
Then came up with a better plan. 8>))
