[SEL] Ebay Problem?

I think they are having some server issues.  I'm listing things right now
and once in a while will get an error from their server that a page is not
available at this time.  Retry and it comes up.  Performance is just
spotty...from good to unavailable.

Is anyone having trouble loading or accessing Ebay?  Its really slow to load
and maneuver.  I don't find this problem with any other sites I try to load.
