Cliff Moyer sells a number of repro items for the New Holland  engines. At 
least I assume he still does.  He is getting up in  years.  He also maintains a 
New Holland serial number list and is able to  determine the year built. 
 
ps.  I cheated on the test.  I had to go and look at mine to make  sure I was 
thinking right on what the spring was before i sent the answer
