I brought this home last weekend.  Some of you may have seen it before 
as I know it was showed some in NY.  Its an 8 HP Otto Portable.  It has 
a unique cooling tank mounted on top of the cylinder.  Not sure of the 
manufacture date but the ignitor has an 1894 patent date on it.  Photos
