[SEL] Engine ID

Hi, I've just got hold of a couple of engines (one for parts) that were in 
storage for me, from a deceased member of my club.
I've never seen these before, they're a little 2 Stroke, look allot like a 
Villiars, but has a Motor bike Crank case.
On the flywheel it has "Australian Marine Engine Company PTY LTD Melbourne" 
Engine No. F1082.
Would any one out there have any idea's on these engines?
