Both you guys are missing TWO very important points:
		1.) The inventor is a FROG, and
		2.) The inventor says that if the tank(s) cracked (during a crash)  
it would only hurt the ears. (Although doG only knows why the driver  
would be holding the passengers ears during a crash!)
