[SEL] O.T. Need 35mm Slide Scanner & Viewer

Rob the people I talked to that use the flat bed scanner with the 35mm slide 
adaptor told me that the quality they got was real poor. Have you ever used 
your scanner to scan slides?, if so how did they come out.
