[SEL] Wendel's BYB BRB Etc

Just reviewing some books that we have in our engine library, and
Wendel's BRB came to light, albeit with a little surface dust!

I seem to remember Arnie/Dave giving details about the various issues
and reprints of these, and I wonder if I could prevail upon their good
nature to run the explanation again please?

The one we have is a 'new' 1994 reprint of the 1983  original, but
there were others I believe, including the one released last year.
