[SEL] Head bolt stuck

Yes Brent I am leaning toward trying the heat and wrench idea and then welding 
a washer and nut if the later doesn't work first.  But the MO-44 rust buster 
is recommended to be used in conjuntion with the heating process and was 
wondering if any one has tried it before I buy some.
