[SEL] Timing

ONLY if you removed the cam or otherwise dis-engaged it from the crank gear.
You can impact ignition timing also by moving the trip, etc. but to impact
the exhaust timing, no, you'd have to unmesh the gears - or attempt to
start it backwards.
