[SEL] Portland Indiana Swap

Hi All,
  I just returned a little while ago from checking things out at Portland 
swap. The grounds look to be in good shape, a bit wet as usual but good. 
And the line is starting to form in the Fairgrounds. There was 7  in line 
when I left there at 5:30
