HI Arnie,
	I will try and answer the questions that have not already been
answered I the ones I have a good answer to.
The upper chamber houses the primary coil and the lower one has the starting
coil. I think the hot-bulb on Dave's engine is a later style one with
provision for a spark-plug which would explain the plug above the timing
valve.
