Its not the same but its close to a Fairbanks Morse 
Maybe a later model with spark plug

A closer look at the engine and pictures of R&V verticals that I have on
file (and catalogues) reveal a lot of similarities. I have never come across
one with a head cast for a spark plug but I would not put anything past R&V.
