[SEL] Engine Questions IHC & Stewart (Cooper)

Hi guys ( & girls ) ,
something different, a couple of engine related questions, on a famous engine is the fuel pump drive pin screwed or pressed into the cam, if it is screwed what thread?, i have one broken off that i am trying to remove.
On a Stewart or Cooper little wonder (coffee pot engine) what are the height of cooling pipes out the top of cylinder into hopper, is one longer than the other to make the thermocycle work? Thanks for any help, cheers for now,
