To be fair that sounds a bit dodgy wouldnt think that system would generate
enough power to split the oxygen or hydrogen atoms most of the methods i
have seen rely more on resonance frequency devices to split the oxygen and
hydrogen or a chemical reaction similar to electrolysis the limiting factor
is the speed at which the hydrogen and oxygen is released. If there is any
benefit in the system with the alternater it will be from the vaporising of
the fuel by the exhaust fumes have just sent a link so you can read all
about these so called devices i will leave it to your judgement

It's funny you say that. I was giving a talk on Biodiesel at a regional
alternative energy fair and there was a guy there promoting a system that
uses
the alternator to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, and then plumbs it
at
low pressure into the intake manifold, claiming power and mileage benefits.
When I questioned how the tailpipe emissions could possibly be oxygen (my
combustion chemistry must be getting fuzzy) he got pretty cranky. He
bashed my
lack of vision saying I was the kind of guy that stood in the way of energy
progress. Well, I ended up saying that I had a vision of a car that ran on
grass clippings and emitted ice cream (to consume on the trip, you
know)...but
that didn't mean it could happen someday. As you might imagine, we're not
buddies now.
As long as there are people to listen, there will be people talking about
free energy and 100 MPG carburetors. Hopefully us nay-sayers and
repressors
don't discourage someone from inventing the REAL flux capacitor. :-)
