Nice job!

How did you get such a neat job on the black background for the name tag.  It's not original (as far as I know) but looks GREAT!

Also, yours is the first Jack of All Trades I've ever seen that has two cylinder oilers.

'Ya think you have enough piston rings on that thing??????!!!!!!    :-)  You may want to get some original width rings.  I'd be concerned about cylinder wear.

Instead of knurling (it could damage the piston), consider having it spray welded and ground to size.   Mine had a LOT of piston slap, too, before I put the original jug and piston back on it.

I've got some photos of 2 HP Jacks with the cooling tanks in place, stencilled lettering and all.  I also have a dimensioned drawing of a tank for a 2 HP.  Let me know if you want 'em and I'll privately email them as attachments.
