[SEL] R&V owners and others - Help needed from you Gurus please

Hi All
One other comment, the exhasut rocker has 1608 cast into it which is not 
R&V, what is it off.?
Also the water pump pulley has 1981 cast into it.
Any ideas on these numbers.
