Mark,
   Contact your ISP about this. Also you can have them change your 
account. Then you need to update anything and anyone you have contacted.


Oh, one other thing NEVER,NEVER, NEVER..... put your entire address 
phone and contact info in ANY EMAIL. Unless your 100% sure it is secure 
and that any machine receiving that email is 100% secure as well. Just 
gives WAY to much access to other personal info.
