     Also I have blown up two merc 115 HP out boards and rebuilt them they 
were 1965 in line six's , If my memory is working right the deflector and 
cover are the same bolt pattern from a 90 Hp all the way to a 150 Hp , the 
higher Hp's had differant timing , exhast deflectors and carbs to acheive 
the Hp so maybe you could use parts off one of the bigger engines
