[SEL] FM Z - a two headed beast ??????

To whom it may concern, or whoever wants to go to the trouble,

We start with the carcus and internals of a 1.5HP Z model.

We have no carby, no gov gear and no maggy.

The question is:-

can this be made into a "hit & miss" or a "throttle governed" engine 
just by bolting on the appropriate parts (ac/dc),

or,

is there something hiding in this carcus that I am oblivious too, that 
will only allow it to lean one way (ac or dc).
