Back in July we were loading our Oil City/South Penn Half-breed
engine to take to our county fair. The engine is on skids and when
we take it to a show we just back our flat bead trailer up to the
engine and hook a winch to the skids. It normally just comes right
up on the trailer no big deal. Well, this time it didn't work too
well. The engine was sitting on wood blocks to keep it off the
ground. When the front of the engine slid off the block it caused
the engine to tip over. When it tipped over the left flywheel landed
on the skid of the 15 HP Reid sitting next to it. You guessed it,
all the spokes broke out of the flywheel. We were just sick. So, if
you have any leads on were we might be able to pick up another
flywheel please let me know. For all the gruesome details I've
posted before and after pictures here:

Learn from our miss fortune and be extra careful when loading those engines
