[SEL] Spam> Sat Nav - What Do You Like and Why?

Hiya Folks,

Probably not quite as bad as Ford vs. Chevy.  On a few recent road trips
I've been impressed with the state of the art in sat nav.  Some folks love
Garmin and some are really keen on TomTom.

I'm planning on getting something.

What do like and why?  Which features are must have and which are just
bells & whistles added to seperate the techie from his money and give him
bragging rights?

PS - This is gonna be quite a culture shock experience for me.
Pittsburgers typically give directions in terms of landmarks that have
been gone for a decade or more.  8-))
