Hi Chuck

Jim's 4-poster project has stalled at the moment for two reasons - first, 
he's been spending all his free time helping Tom to restore a Mini van 
(bodywork nearing completion, going to the paint shop in a couple of weeks. 
Tom should manage a lot of the engine / brakes / suspension / electrics 
himself) and with the 4-poster itself, he was getting on really well until 
he found it had way too much compression.  Until he thinks of a way round 
that, he's lost some enthusiasm.
Ideas and suggestions are always gratefully received!
