Jimmy,
    The Falk governors seem to work fine on the engines I've watched 
run.  But, based on how they look you wonder how they work that well.  
If Dave Otto can shed some light on the governor workings, I'd like to 
hear about it.  I've got 3 of those Falk hunks here in the barn (2 
pretty good ones and a junker).  But I've never had them running or 
apart so I don't know much about them.  They're in the "one of these 
days" part of the shed.
