[SEL] Starting Stover - Need Help

When setting the speed up on my Eagle engine I had to remove the gib
key and slide the flywheel a little further out and re place the gib
key. This was because the governor yolk (right wording??) that slides
along the flywheel was not getting enough of the detent arm roller??
if you get my meaning. May be worth a look at??
