[SEL] Ball Oilfield engine - Now what do I do with it?

Some guys have all the luck!  I'd give my eye teeth to have an engine like that and a place to store it.

Having said that, I will admit that I'm about as ignorant about the Ball as you.  Take heart though - you'll learn all you need to know to get it running.
