[SEL] Shearing plant questions/answers please

Hi Peter, when I had my set running I ran the engine at 600rpm - not for 
any good reason, it was just the speed it was set to when I got it :).

My clippers would lie almost flat on the ground when the tube was 
vertical. Definitely with the moving teeth clear of the dirt.
