[SEL] Shearing plant questions/answers please

Hi all

For those of you that might know a little or a lot about Shearing Plants I 
have a few questions:

1. What speed do the clippers runs at, what RPM on the final drive shaft or 
down tube shaft.

2. When the clippers are attached to the down tube and the tube is hanging 
vertically, at what angle do the clippers rest on the ground.

3. What speed do the grinding discs run at, the disc for honing the cutters.
