[SEL] Power Hacksaw

Hi Guys
We have acquired a power hacksaw of unknown origin.
If you can identify it that would be great. If you could give us an idea of what size engine would normally have been used to power it, even greater. If you have an idea of the drive pulley size to power it at correct speed, greater still.
