Hi Ron,
A few months ago, I had problems with Juno 5.0.
Even after following Juno's directions, each time I tried to restore my
files,
I lost everything.
Finally, I went to Juno's site - Downloaded Juno 5.0 - and installed it
on 
my computer.  I had to start all over.
Luckily, I was able to keep my old address by clicking "Import Account".

Hope you have better luck that I did.
