Hi Lew,
It looks like your letters are hand painted.  The shapes look a  
little distorted and the drop shadow isn't quite right.  It looks  
like the N and the R might be seriffed, but I can't tell for sure.

Dig this.  It's an Arial Bold font, stretched a little, outlined, and  
drop shadowed.

You can buy assorted sticker stock at any of the office product  
stores.  Of those I've tried, the bumper sticker material seems to  
work best.  I've also found that 1-Shot UV resistant clear coat does  
a nice job as a finish over the stickers once their applied.

It's not as good as a professional job, but it's something you can  
whip up at home rather inexpensively.
