Hi Luke..glad it's workin' for ya.  Sure looks like you having a good 
time...must draw in the neighbors.

  Unbelted, I can spin the sawblade with my little finger, course that 
doesn't tell me anything when it's belted up and arbor and engine are side 
loaded (axially).  The belt tensioner is close to being bottomed out now, 
due to the wreck (Helluva way to prestretch a belt, huh?), so this might be 
causing some of the drag.  Will shorten it.

  Other plans are to tweak the timing as Curt has suggested in other posts. 
Also play with the compression release as Dave has done on the 16.  If I can 
get it to hit twice, I think I'll be in good shape.
