Rick is right:  gig 'em with a negative.

Also, if you can locate the hoops you need to jump through,
notify PayPal that you want your money back.  Hopefully
they'll oblige.  

Tip for future deals:  Never debit the money from your
account.  ALWAYS use your credit card.  Your credit card
company will back you up when PayPal will leave you twisting
in the wind.
