Hi Tommy, 
The government is filled with opportunists whose goals are
to subvert the Constitution in order to serve their personal
interests.  They are just as bad as the criminals who they
claim to oppose.  

There is no ambiguity in the following passage:

No person shall be... deprived of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law;

Hang 'em high, Judge.
