Lucky Bugger,
         I love SEL and the most I ever get (SEL Digest) is 15 to 20 
messages a day. Am I missing something???
         Maybe someone should point out to him that there is an 
"Unsubscribe" link on every post - but maybe it does not work if you put 
nasty stuff in the message - !!! - Did anyone care to count how many of 
those exclamation marks he put after the message - (maybe 177). I know that 
I sometimes go overboard with the exclamation marks (it should only ever be 
one) but the best I have managed is 3.
