[SEL] 1.5 hp Lauson value

By an unpleasant turn of events I have a chance to make an offer on a 1.5 hp 
Lauson with dishpan flywheels. The engine is complete except for fuel tank 
and skids. It has sat outside for many years and was completely locked up. 
At present it has been completely dissasembled. Nothing appears broken but a 
lot of new pices will be required--including a completely rebuilt mag--this 
one didn't have the brass plates on it--what a mess can the weather can 
make. Anyone care to take a guess at its value?
