[SEL] OT....annoying FW's

Sorry Dave and Joe.....I should have elaborated ,these FW's are not from 
SEL. They are from people who know me and delight in sending me this 
mindless bullshit . Some of these people I really don't want to offend but 
it looks as if I might have to.
