Hi Jerry,
Last email I had from you was that you were going to change them back in 
June but never received any. I've sent you copies of the mails direct.

We never chase offers in case people have changed their mind, not a problem.

We have been slow at putting things up of late but have just changed 
servers and now have loads of space, should be another 100+ manuals up 
before Christmas.
