I posted your message over to the Tecumseh and Troy Built tiller Groups and 
should at least get the part number. Would a carb rebuild kit help?

I have the same tiller HH 60, 10509E, SN 4094R, and have not looked at it 
yet. I hope to defined the charging system and add it to my web site.

Folks I am trying to get a 40+ year old Troy Bilt Tiller to run that my Dad 
bought when I was a kid before I went into the Navy, I think it was 
purchased in the early 60's. It has a Tecumseh Engine on it Model HH60 
105090F Serial #6040D. I need a carb for this engine and wonder if anyone 
has one. I think it is a 5 HP.
