Hi Jerry,

I guess it's a case of "accountability"(for the lack of a better word).

If you ask for one thing and they don't have it - - - That's it.

If a guy suggests something that is the "same" and it isn't,
and it causes you to damage something, It's HIS fault.
The customer will come back at HIM.

It's sad, But I guess it's just the way society is today.
