It was dark and I was working by flashlight the other evening, but the 
part I'm talking about is a round cup about a 1/2" in diameter with what 
looks like is a small hole (1/8?) in the bottom. This cup is just 
outboard of the throttle shaft. In fact the governor shaft that turns 
the throttle shaft tends to hang on this little cup.
The reservoir you mention is on the front and holds half a pint of 
gasoline I'd guess. it has its' own thumb wheel mixer adjuster.
