[SEL] making valve guides

I have machined cast iron guides for a Lister L. They are not lubricated and
I put .002 clearance on them. The valve stem does need to order size wise
and I took off a light cut in the lathe to clean them up and reamed the
guide to suit with a expandable reamer.

It seems to me that it would be easier to get over size valves and drill the

guides to match. I have done this with great results. Remember if your
guides are worn, so are your valves
