BTW Rick,

If you have a medical need (letter from your doctor that you NEED a butt
buggy to get around), the folks at Portland will issue you a permit with
no hassle whatsoever.

If, OTOH, you're just too fat and lazy to walk, you will get grief for
using a butt buggy and contributing to traffic problems.  8-))
