[SEL] New Way Vertical 4 1/2 hp Model E, Type C

Hi Rick,
these mixers have no needle valve, they just use the choke disc to adjust
mixture, i am currently trying to fabricate one out of pipe fittings. I did
ask a foundry about casting one, but they said because of design the cost
would be prohibitive.
