[SEL] OT New scam

Hmmm, sent the money last week and has already made three attempts to 
contact you about non recipt of the item.  This man is the most impatient 
person on the face of the earth!

Its a scam but couldn't the scammer at least have put five seconds of 
thought into the phony message.
