Here's another reaming tip.  

Say you've just finished reaming a hole and it's an RCH smaller than you really
need.  The next sized reamer is WAY too big.  Whucha gonna do?

Take a small strip of paper -- thin rolling papers are best.  Put it along one
flute of the reamer, and carefully feed the reamer back into the hole while
turning by hand.  The paper pushes the reamer over very slightly, and you end up
with a larger hole.
